The Healthcaring difference
Choosing care abroad involves more than finding a hospital. We bring structure, local knowledge and consistent human support to every stage.
Your coordinator begins with your health priorities and builds a care pathway around what is clinically and personally realistic.
We bridge language, systems and expectations so that conversations with hospitals feel direct, documented and easy to follow.
You do not have to manage multiple hospitals, agents and interpreters alone. We keep the moving parts joined up.

Questions, answered
Clear guidance before you make any commitment.
No. Healthcaring in China is a patient coordination service. Medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment are provided independently by licensed hospitals and clinicians. Our role is to help you access and navigate those services.
We help facilitate written estimates from hospitals based on the information available. Final costs can change after an in-person assessment or if your treatment plan changes, so we encourage you to review every hospital estimate carefully before committing.
A diagnosis or summary of your concern, recent reports, imaging, medication details and any relevant history are usually helpful. Your coordinator will provide a secure checklist and help prepare a clear summary for hospital review.
Yes. English-speaking coordination is available, and we can arrange interpretation for key appointments where required. Availability of specific languages and on-site support is confirmed in your care plan.
We can help organise the documentation hospitals request and support communication with your insurer. Reimbursement and coverage decisions remain subject to your insurer’s policy and the treating hospital’s processes.
A thoughtful first step
Share your situation and priorities. A coordinator will help you understand realistic next steps, with no obligation to proceed.
